YES ! Valium is a benzo and there hell to get off of so be careful if your taking them . There addictive as hell and it took me two years to get off of them . Be careful ! If your not taking them I, I would highly advise you not too ! Good Luck !

Diazepam (Valium) is a muscle relaxer. Do not know about the other.
